1. What this Policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Senvarel uses cookies and similar technologies on senvarel.com and the Senvarel Service. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small file or item of information stored on or accessed from a device when a website or online service is used. Similar technologies include local storage, software-development-kit identifiers, pixels, tags and other device or browser identifiers.
2. Who controls the website

3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These technologies are required to provide a service expressly requested by the user or to enable electronic communications. They may support authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, subscription checkout and storage of privacy choices.
Where they meet the legal exemption, they do not require consent and cannot be disabled through our preference centre. They can still be blocked in browser settings, but parts of the Service may stop working.
3.2 Preference and functionality cookies
These remember optional choices or improve convenience, such as interface preferences, language or non-essential personalisation. We use them only with consent where required.
3.3 Analytics cookies
These help us understand visits, navigation, feature use, errors and performance. Unless an audience-measurement configuration meets all conditions for a consent exemption, these cookies are used only after consent.
3.4 Marketing and social-media cookies
These may measure campaigns, build audiences, personalise advertising or allow third-party media and social features. They are not necessary for the Service and are used only after consent.
4. Consent and preference management
When you first visit, our banner allows you to:
Accept all non-essential cookies;
Reject all non-essential cookies; or
choose by purpose through Manage preferences.
Rejecting must be as easy as accepting. No non-essential cookie or tracker is activated before a valid choice. Consent is specific, informed, freely given and unambiguous; pre-ticked boxes or continued browsing are not treated as consent.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the cookie preference centre available from the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
We propose retaining the cookie choice for six months before asking again, unless a material change requires an earlier request. To be verified before publication.
5. Cookie inventory
The table below must be replaced with the exact results of a production cookie and tracker scan. Cookie names, providers, purposes, host domains, retention periods and activation conditions must match the deployed website.
The cookie preference centre at the cookie preference centre should display the live inventory and is to be updated whenever a provider or configuration changes.
6. Audience measurement
If we use an audience-measurement tool without consent under the limited French exemption, it is configured so that it:
is strictly limited to measuring the audience and performance of our own website or application for our exclusive benefit;
produces only anonymous statistics;
does not track users across unrelated websites or applications;
is not combined with other datasets or passed to third parties for their own purposes;
uses a tracker lifetime not exceeding thirteen months without automatic extension on each visit; and
retains information collected through the tracker for no more than twenty-five months.
If any of those conditions is not met—including where a provider reuses information for its own purposes—we request consent before activating the tool.
7. Third-party content and services
Embedded videos, social-media features, support widgets, scheduling tools, payment pages and other third-party content may use their own technologies. Where those technologies are not strictly necessary, the relevant content or tracker is blocked until consent.
Third parties may act as independent or joint controllers for their own processing. Their privacy information must be linked from the preference centre or cookie inventory. Current cookie inventory: geo_access_token: essential authentication cookie, HttpOnly; geo_refresh_token: essential session renewal cookie, HttpOnly; geo_org_id: essential organization-context cookie; legacy geo_token is only cleared for backward compatibility..
8. Browser controls
Most browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies. Browser-level blocking may not remove other storage technologies and may affect Service functionality. Browser controls do not replace our obligation to obtain consent where required.
9. Email pixels
We do not use tracking pixels in marketing or non-essential emails unless the recipient has been clearly informed and any required consent has been obtained. Transactional emails may contain strictly technical elements needed to deliver or secure the message, but they are not used for undisclosed behavioural tracking.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy and the cookie inventory when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. If a change affects the purposes covered by an existing consent, we will request a new choice before using the technology for the new purpose.
